If you were hoping to catch one of Grimes' upcoming Western Canadian shows, you'd better brace yourself. Due to some health issues related to Claire Boucher's hearing, she's cancelled most of her remaining Canuck dates.

Boucher broke the bad news via her Twitter today (October 16), writing, "Hey guys, so sorry 4 the cancelled shows. im having trouble w hearing loss, tinnitus & am trying 2 stay away from loud music 4 a bit."

She then added, "The cancelled dates are calgary, winnipeg & saskatoon -- am still planning to finish the tour and will try 2 get back 2 canada asap <3."

This all follows an incident earlier this year, where Grimes' gear was stolen in Manchester.

UPDATE: Luckily for Vancouver, the promoters have confirmed the show is still a go in that city, though the other dates are still off.
