As previously reported, middle-aged pop punk faves Green Day are readying a trio of releases, titled ¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tres!. Last week we got the first sneak peek of what to expect in an album trailer for ¡Uno!, and the group are keeping things chronological by issuing a trailer for ¡Dos!, which you can peep now online.
While the first preview teased a herky-jerky dance rock number suggesting Dick Dale whipped out some whammy-bar leads atop a Franz Ferdinand track, the ¡Dos! trailer keeps things a bit more traditional. That's not to say traditional as in some bratty, Kerplunk-style classic, though.
The quick clip features the kind of schlocky 12-bar blues you'll hear pumped out of your closest chicken wire fence-adorned roadhouse, as well as a montage of tour shenanigans. You can listen to the tune and watch drummer Tre Cool get choked out by former Sopranos actor Vincent "Big Pussy" Pastore down below.
¡Dos! will be issued November 13 through Reprise.
