Soundtrack wizards Fabio Pignatelli and Agostino Marangolo have reimagined the Goblin sound with their new project Goblin Rebirth. Following "Requiem for X," they've shared another new song from their upcoming self-titled LP.
"Book of Skulls" is a six-minute prog jam built on busy percussion and a walking bass-line. Though the beloved Goblin synths still show up, the song builds toward ripping guitar and piano solos. This is straight-up prog-rock.
