Canadian label Risque Disque is gearing up for a relaunch, and to celebrate its return, Exclaim! has got the premiere of Vancouver singer-songwriter Gibby Nik's brand new video for "Woken."
The single will be the first released on the newly revamped label, with Nik's full-length album Dog Daze slated to arrive in August. As for the video, it was directed by Raymond Knight and pairs the catchy roots-infused tune with footage of Nik walking the street and running into a series of unpleasant locals. Things cheer up a bit once he's out of the city and into the woods, and the whole clip culminates with Nik meeting up with his bandmates and finding what seems to be his happy place.
