We've been eagerly anticipating the follow-up to Frank Ocean's stunning 2012 album Channel Orange, and following the recent track "Memrise," we can now get another taste of the sweet-singing Odd Future associate has been up to, as he has shared a cover of the Isley Brothers' "At Your Best (You Are Love)" (which was more recently turned into a hit by Aaliyah).
The entire arrangement consists of Ocean's glorious falsetto supported by quiet electric piano chords. It's all blanketed in soothing reverb, and the result is a sweetly romantic lullaby. At the end, there's brief snippet of smooth R&B that's seemingly unconnected to the rest of the track.
