A few years ago, former Flux A.D. member Bill Majoros reemerged as the Foreign Films and released a self-titled EP. Now, he's prepping a full-length record under this moniker and teasing it via the new track "Fall of the Summer Heart."
This isn't your average single, since it's a near-13-minute epic that shifts and morphs several times throughout its lengthy runtime. It took a year to record, and an announcement explains, "The idea sprung while on tour in England. At first it was more a dream sequence than a song, but over time the fragments of melody from his tape recorder took the foggy images of birds, ghosts, pinball machines, a fortune teller, mermaids, a maze, an abandoned amusement park into a sonic tapestry, taking references from not only '60s pop giants, but also modern pedal wizards."
