Faith No More

"Superhero" / "Easy" (live on 'Fallon')

Faith No More's triumphant comeback brought them to late night audiences last night (May 13), where the eclectic hard rock band treated Jimmy Fallon and the Tonight Show crowd with not only a number from their new Sol Invictus LP, but a classic run-through of their Commodores cover, "Easy."

Using the same flower-covered aesthetics they've been flaunting on their current tour, the band smashed through recent rage-out "Superhero." Vocalist Mike Patton stalked the stage to roll out a broad range of growls and croons, while the act offered up ominous keyboard work, crunchy guitar playing and skins-smashing beats. They then flipped the vibe completely, shedding screeched sonics to deliver the sun-kissed Sunday morning sounds of "Easy."

You can check both of these very different sounds from the reunited act down below.
