Eternal Husbands

"Purple City"

Canadian pop-rockin' duo Eternal Husbands trekked across Canada on tour earlier this year, making a stop at Vancouver's Rain City Recorders. Over the course of the three-day session with Jesse Gander (Japandroids, White Lung), the band recorded a few tunes, including the previously heard "Exiles." After a subsequent session, the band are gearing up to release their next LP French Exit, and they've shared another track from the forthcoming album.

According to band member Rick Reid, new tune "Purple City" takes its inspiration from "Edmonton acid rituals, Tears for Fears and a life spent playing live music."

Even if you can't check all of those off your personal bucket list, you can still enjoy "Purple City" in the player below.
