Dumb Numbers Recruits David Lynch, Melvins, David Yow for Split Series

Australian filmmaker and musician Adam Harding clearly knows some people, as he's recruited a ridiculously star-studded cast of players for the next batch of releases from his Dumb Numbers music project.

The group teamed up with Lou Barlow and Murph of Dinosaur Jr., Bobb Bruno of Best Coast, David Yow of the Jesus Lizard and many others for their debut album in 2013. Now, David Lynch, Melvins and David Yow will also contribute to a new 10-inch record series.

On September 25, Joyful Noise will issue three 10-inches that are splits between Dumb Numbers and the aforementioned artists. All three will be collected in a box set, which can be pre-order over here. Proceeds from the series will go toward the David Lynch Foundation.
