Underground bass music icon and jack-of-all-trades Dobie has kept himself busy lately, working with everyone from Soul II Soul to Björk, but after whetting fans' appetites with two EPs, the musician has just released his first full-length album for Big Dada, titled We Will Not Harm You. The 13-track We Will Not Harm You (with three bonus tracks, if you buy the digital copy) offers up a genre medley that, while based in hip-hop, blends techno, dubstep, jazz and soul. According to his release, the album "is a work of art in its own right," but just in case you weren't convinced, he had friend and artist Chris Olifi come up with an original painting for the album's cover.
Dobie already has a third EP, She Moans, in the works. set to drop February 18, but in the meantime, check out We Will Not Harm You below.
