Vancouver electronic pair Data Romance continually show that electronic music can feel as effortless as a good pop song. The band released their debut album Other in February.
The duo of Ajay Bhattacharyya and Amy Kirkpatrick stopped by our office and performed Other track "Can't Keep Your Mind Off." Their rendition isn't too far off from the recorded version, consisting of just a drum pad and a tambourine for instrumentation. Kirkpatrick's voice is even more expressive here without the layers of electronics that usually line her vocals. Check out the performance below.
