Never one to shy away from a good cause, Chicago rapper Common has lent his talents to People's Climate Music, a new organization dedicated to spreading awareness about climate change. For his part, Common and some friends have released a new track called "Trouble in the Water."

"Trouble in the Water" sees Common rap alongside Malik Yusef, Kumasi, Aaron Fresh, Choklate and Laci Kay. The song is censored, so there are a lot of blank spaces where curse words would be, but it's a decent effort for a good cause. One guest rapper urges others to stop doing the Ice Bucket Challenge, so there's a good chance it was recorded a few months ago.

Listen to "Trouble in the Water" below. The song will appear on a free EP on December 2, which will be followed by an album called HOME on December 2.
