BY Gregory AdamsPublished May 27, 2015

It had been suspected that Christopher Owens' recent "Selfish Feelings" single was part of a new album, and the singer-songwriter confirmed that today (May 27) by launching a surprise LP. His latest full-length is called Chrissybaby Forever, and it's currently available on Bandcamp.

The 16-song set was primarily tracked San Francisco's Decibel Studio with Owens and JJ Wiesler sharing co-producers credits. Much of the recorded was performed by Owens, but drums were supplied on a handful of tracks by Cody Rhodes. Backup vocals were contributed by Bay Area outfit the She's, as well as Hannah Hunt and Leah Martin.

While you can stream or purchase a digital copy of Chrissybaby, the Bandcamp page also notes that a limited-edition 12-inch, which comes with a lyric sheet, should be out by August 20. You can order yourself a copy here.

Chrissybaby Forever follows last year's A New Testament LP. Chances are good fans will hear songs from both releases on Owens' upcoming North American tour, which hits Toronto and Vancouver next month.
