Career Suicide Release Digital-Only EP

BY Josiah HughesPublished Sep 30, 2008

Since releasing last year’s best punk album in Attempted Suicide, Toronto’s Career Suicide haven’t done too much. It doesn’t help that one of their key members, guitarist Jonah Falco, has been busy taking over the world as the drummer for Fucked Up. Still, the band found a bit of time in 2008 for some touring and recording, the result of which is now the Cherry Beach EP.

Recorded exclusively for the band’s UK/Ireland tour earlier this year, the vinyl-only EP was released in a run of 300 by the Sewercide label, so good luck tracking the physical copy down. However, either by their good nature or because they actually do believe in career suicide, the band have posted the songs for free download on their website.

Apparently, the tracks will be re-recorded and released physically sometime this fall, so if you’re jonesing for some vinyl it’s just around the corner.
