Taking a break from his day job as the Killers' crooning frontman, pop dude Brandon Flowers is set to follow his Flamingo solo album with an album called The Desired Effect. Today, he's shared the first single from the LP.
"Can't Deny My Love" is a bouncy synth-pop song with plenty of drama and dynamics. Though it sounds right at home in our current pop playlists, it also shares some elements with, say, The Miami Connection, all synth stabs, ripping guitars and intense vocal harmonies.
