Bob Mould Launches Kickstarter Campaign to Fund Concert Film Featuring Ryan Adams, Dave Grohl, Britt Daniel
Mould launched a Kickstarter campaign earlier this week with the intention of rolling out See a Little Light: A Celebration of the Music and Legacy of Bob Mould as soon as December.
The film presents last November's performance at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, which also featured on-stage appearances from No Age, Margaret Cho, the Hold Steady's Craig Finn and Tad Kubler, Jessica Dobson (the Shins, Deep Sea Diver), and Mould's current drummer, Superchunk member Jon Wurster. You can catch a trailer for the flick down below.
Incentives for pledgers include exclusive live MP3s of Mould playing some Sugar tunes in San Francisco earlier this year, a digital download of the movie to arrive in December, a physical DVD that should arrive by the end of January, an exclusive 7-inch featuring a few songs from See a Little Light, and more. You can check the details on the prizes and the pay scale over here.
The campaign ends December 22.
