Last year, Seattle's Beat Connection turned heads with their Surf Noir release, which offered everything from "hazy dream pop to Basque-region Balearic dance," and the band hope to keep audiences stunned when they head off on their first headlining tour of North America this June.
The act will start up the 31-date trip on June 14 in San Francisco, but the jaunt will see them hit up Canada three times. First up is a gig at Montreal's Il Motore on July 7, with the act playing Toronto's Drake Hotel the next night. Making their way back to the West Coast, Beat Connection cap the trip July 22 at Vancouver's Media Club. You can see the entire schedule down below.
UPDATE: Beat Connection's debut LP The Palace Garden is due out June 19 digitally, with the physical release coming July 25 via Moshi Moshi.
Joining Beat Connection for the bulk of the dates are L.A.-based tropi-pop group White Arrows.
