BC's Ponderosa Festival Unveils Its 2015 Lineup

Organizers behind the Ponderosa Arts & Music Festival recently confirmed the event is coming back for a third year, and now the full lineup has been revealed.

The lineup was revealed last night (May 2) at a celebratory concert in Vancouver, with the Ponderosa team reporting that it will bring a number of West Coast artists out to the Rock Creek Fairgrounds between August 21 to 23. This includes BC-bred acts Mounties, Fake Shark Real Zombie, High Ends, the Harpoonist & the Axe Murder, Bear Mountain, Top Less Gay Love Tekno Party and the Gay Nineties.

The lineup also includes an array of other indie artists, DJs and electronic acts like Fort Knox Five, SAVVIE, Pumpkin, Honey Beard, Rhoneil, cAthedrAls, Jaguar, Cam Penner, Tiger Moon, El Garzita, Kandle & The Krooks, Harold Nix, Giraffe Aftermath, Lio and Catlow. The set times have yet to be unveiled, but the bands will be split between two stages.

Early bird passes have already sold out, but a three-day festival pass that includes camping and swimming access to the Kettle River is currently selling for $125. Other activities on the fairgrounds include morning yoga sessions, and a pancake breakfast. A one-day pass to Ponderosa goes for $75.
