While browned-out weirdoes Ween called it quits last year, the band's Aaron Freeman (formerly known professionally as Gene Ween) has gone ahead and unearthed some late-period rarities to Bandcamp for anyone still wanting to pray to mighty Boognish.
A statement from the artist notes that Freeman is selling the songs to help pay for a successful rehab stint that nonetheless had him "left in a dire financial situation." Titled Gener's Gone: The Final Demo Recordings of Gene Ween (2009-2011), the collection includes six new tunes, which you can stream down below.
While Ween may be gone, Freeman also noted we should "stay tuned" for something in the future.
