Cooties are real, at least in the world of the upcoming horror comedy Cooties. The film tells the story of a mysterious virus that turns elementary school children into blood thirsty monsters, and it now has a trailer to go along with that ridiculous premise.
In addition to a large ensemble of terrifying youngsters, Cooties stars Elijah Wood, Alison Pill, Rainn Wilson, Nasim Pedrad, Jack McBrayer and Jorge Garcia, among others. When some tainted chicken nuggets create a zombie-like cooties virus, all hell breaks loose.
