David Lynch and Mark Frost have been working on their hugely anticipated third season of Twin Peaks for some time. The show's premiere was recently moved to 2017, but things are still moving along nicely. Now, some casting information has been revealed.
The show is set to feature most of the original Twin Peaks, but a few other actors have now been added to its ranks. As TV Line reports, the series will include appearances from Amanda Seyfried and Balthazar Getty.
Seyfried is set to appear in multiple episodes, though its unclear exactly what her role will entail. She's had plenty of previous experience in cult television series after roles in Big Love and Veronica Mars.
Getty is best known for Brothers & Sisters, though he also appeared in David Lynch's film Lost Highway.
